I have been providing therapeutic massage since 1999. I have had the good fortune to work with many people over the years, from all walks of life.
How the body responds to stress never ceases to amaze me. Equally true is how the body will heal itself, given the opportunity to do so. To that end, I hold the firm belief that each one of us has an "inner doctor", that knows just what it needs, and does not need, to regain optimal health and wellness. Massage is so needed in these trying times. No other healing method that I know of, can make you feel so good. If we had as many massage centers as bars, we could heal this planet almost overnight.
Massage can improve, and possibly even eliminate, many health problems.
I personally believe massage is the best medicine in the world.
